Executive Biographies
Lyne Brousseau – Director of Finance
Lyne began her accounting career with Cascades Multi-Pro Inc. where she was instrumental in establishing the company’s accounting systems and cost analysis systems. After 6 successful years, Lyne transferred to Cascades Sonoco, Inc. in Alabama where, for 12 years, she managed the accounting department for the Birmingham branch including financial statements preparation, cost analysis and budget, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, acquisitions and extensive business growth support. Lyne brings her extensive knowledge of integrated accounting procedures and software systems to her position at Nutri-Health® Supplements where she acts as Financial Controller. Lyne holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration – Accounting from the University of Sherbrooke, Quebec, and is a member of the Certified Management Accountants (CMA) Association.
Jennifer McTurk – Customer Care and Compliance Director
Jennifer is a Nutri-Health Supplements product and ingredients expert. She brings over 16 years of experience in customer relations and management, and over 10 years of experience within the health food and supplements industry to her position with Nutri-Health. Much of Jennifer’s extensive team development and customer relations career was built in leading natural health retailers and in the Fortune 500 arena, where she developed her recruitment, business analysis, financial and inventory management, training, and communication skills. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Northern Arizona University and has spent time in Central America for humanitarian work.
Michael Lee - Product Development Director
Michael received his Master’s Degree in Biochemistry and Animal Physiology from Dongguk University, South Korea, where he served as a graduate teaching and research assistant. He then served as a liason officer in the Korean Navy for over three years where he received three Letters of Commendation from the South Korean Navy and U.S. Navy. After earning an MBA from The School of Global Management (Thunderbird), Michael joined the Nutri-Health® Supplements team. His education and experience have allowed Michael to apply his expertise in both science and management to his position as Product Development Manager.
Mike Howell – Director of Operations
Mike began his career as an avionics technician with the U.S. Navy and later transitioned to work in prototype development. Mike’s 14 years within the aerospace industry includes extensive experience in military avionics, missile production, and R&D/prototype development in graphite deposits. His career path within the aerospace industry and shipping industries has developed his expertise in high-end manufacturing, quality control, machine operations, and repair. Mike’s work at Nutri-Health® Supplements draws on this diverse skill base to focus on distribution, production, quality control, purchasing, product development, and facilities management.
Roger Braun – Distribution Manager
Roger leads the Nutri-Health® Supplements Shipping and Distribution Center across multiple shipping platforms— the Harvey Computerized Parcel System, Response and SAGE software’s MAS 200 system, V-Technologies Starship, UPS Worldship, and FedEx Insight. His initiative and expertise have been instrumental in transforming Nutri-Health’s Shipping Department into a model of efficiency with a distribution reship rate below 0.1 percent. Roger graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
